Description:

The Italian island of Sardinia is home to a slew of extremely cool, off-beat indigenous grape varieties, one of them being the white grape Nuragus, which thrives near Cagliari, the island's capital city. This fabulous, sustainably grown 100% Nuragus bottling is made by female winemaker Antonella Corda and shows a real delicacy and elegance. You'll see lots of kaffir lime and lemongrass here, along with creamy, chalky minerals. This was fermented with wild yeasts and is completely unoaked.

Description:

Very Loire-like in style, this lemongrass and gooseberry-scented Sauvignon Blanc is classy and impressive, showing creamy minerality, lemon zest notes and a wonderful, palate-whetting salinity. This bottling was fermented and aged both in barrel and stainless steel. The Fableist is a collaborative project between the winemakers of Field Recordings and Sans Liege.

Description:

This barrel-fermented bottling is made of 100% Macabeu, an indigenous Spanish grape that is typically seen in sparkling Cavas. Broad on the palate, but surprisingly not oaky at all, this is a delicate, very pretty wine that yields fragrant notes of white flowers and ripe stone fruit. Less than 400 cases were produced in total.
