This cacao nib and blackberry scented bottling hails from the appellation of Terra Alta which is located in Catalonia, Spain. A blend of 70% Garnatxa Negra, 20% Syrah and 10% Morenillo, which is a local indigenous variety, this was farmed sustainably by Ramon Roqueta Segales who comes from a rich lineage of winemakers who have been growing grapes in Spain since the 12th century. Earthy, complex and very nuanced, this shows deep dark chocolate and espresso notes and was barrel aged for 6 months prior to bottling.
