Cristina Menicocci Rhesan Trebbiano 2015

Cristina Menicocci Rhesan Trebbiano 2015

Lazio, Italy

$21.99 / each

Description:

This vegan, organic and biodynamic bottling is made of the native Italian variety Trebbiano. While wines made of Trebbiano can oftentimes fall flat, leaving much to be desired in terms of aromatics, this slightly frizzante example is anything but dull. A vinous take on a Piña Colada, this is extremely exotic stuff, showing ripe pineapple and coconut flavors on the palate. Fermented with wild yeasts and bottled unfined and unfiltered, this is a fabulous example of Italy's natural wine movement.
