Made of 100% Monastrell, this stellar certified organic Cava Rosé Reserva was grown on granite soils in the Spanish appellation of Penedes, in Catalonia. Pale pink in hue, this is velvety, plush, and salty on the palate with vivid notes of berries and cream, invigorating acidity, and a bone-dry, mineral core. Being a Brut Nature Reserva, there was no dosage added and the wine was aged on its lees for 46 months.
