This lively, energetic blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Chardonnay was farmed organically in the Coteaux du Vendômois which is located in France's Loire Valley. Mineral and refreshing with bracing acidity, this delivers tangy notes of gooseberry, passion fruit, lime and ruby red grapefruit. Fermented with wild yeasts, bottled unfined and unfiltered and raised in concrete tank for 6 months.
