This organically farmed, native yeast fermented, 100% Mourvedre bottling was sourced from Alder Springs vineyard in the heart of Mendocino in northern California. This is miniscule in production - only 56 cases made in total, so consider this very special, hard to find stuff. Super light, ethereal and bright for Mourvedre, this is dainty, high-toned, juicy and floral with gorgeous aromatic notes of fresh rose petal, red currant, raspberry and orange rind. This was bottled unfined and unfiltered after 27 months of aging in neutral barrel.
