Chateau de Fontareche, which is located in the appellation of Corbieres in France's Languedoc, dates back to the 14th century. This sleek, savory blend of 70% concrete-fermented Alicante Bouschet and 30% carbonic-macerated Carignan was farmed sustainably in the Aude Hauterive sub-zone, and shows gorgeous notes of blackberry, black cherry, horse saddle leather and star-anise.
