This tiny production, organically farmed white blend hails from vineyard sites in Paso Robles and San Louis Obispo in California's Central Coast. Native yeast fermented and bottled unfined and unfiltered, this is comprised of 38% Grenache Blanc, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, 14% Grenache Gris, 8% Albarino and 5% Vermentino. This is bright, sunny, floral and super delicious with lovely lychee, apricot, and white peach aromatics.
