This eclectic blend of 85% Sauvignon Gris, 6% Verdelho, 5% Pinot Gris and 4% Arneis was farmed sustainably by Ian Brand in California's San Benito County. Fermented with wild yeasts on the skins for 5 days, this is broad, silky and enveloping in style with fragrant aromatic notes of ginger, chamomile and meyer lemon curd. Super delicious and unusual stuff from one of California's most up and coming appellations.
