This velvety, organically farmed blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon and 42% Negrette was grown in San Benito County, which is located inland from Monterey in California's Central Coast AVA. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, this is fabulous, very stylish stuff that boasts a silky, plush mouthfeel and fragrant, floral notes of hibiscus, pomegranate, and bing cherry. Juicy and full-bodied without being heavy-handed at all, this was aged for 10 months in neutral barrel.
