This crisp, fresh, organically farmed bottling from Santa Barbara County in California's Central Coast is comprised of 100% Grenache Blanc and is made by boutique producer Tyler. Sourced from Coteaux de Clair Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley AVA, this is quite restrained in style for Grenache Blanc, with a flinty mineral backbone and vivid, refreshing acidity. This tiny production bottling (only 300 cases produced) shows delicate, elegant notes of apricot, white peach, honeysuckle and sea salt.
