This certified organic and certified biodynamic skin-fermented orange wine hails from the Barossa Valley in Australia and features an eye-opening blend of 46% Semillon, 41% Pedro Ximenez, 10.5% Riesling, 2% Roussanne and .5% Muscat. Fermented with wild yeasts in old oak barrels, this is dynamite, super delicious stuff teeming with honeyed, citrusy flavors of clementine, chamomile, ginger, bergamot and orange rind. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with very minimal sulfur.
