This fresh, floral, very elegant example is made by Matetic, one of Chile's best boutique producers, and was grown organically and biodynamically. Exceptionally pure and graceful in the mouth, this is lush and generous, with crisp red currant, raspberry and red cherry fruit filling out the silky palate.

This zesty, violet-scented blend of 65% Mourvedre and 35% Grenache hails from La Cadiere D'Azur in Provence. Sourced from fruit grown in the Provencal appellation of Mont Caume, this is incredibly fresh and bright in the mouth, delivering dense blackberry and blueberry fruit wrapped in earthy, chalky minerality. Chateau Vannieres is run by Eric and his son Charles-Eric, who have winemaking roots in Burgundy.
