Grown naturally with no chemical additions or herbicides in the vineyard and fermented with native yeasts, this is an absolutely fabulous expression of the Dolcetto variety. Bruna Grimaldi and her husband Franco Fiorino have coaxed wonderful tannic structure and a remarkable purity of fruit from their Dolcetto plantings. This is like raspberry jam on supercharge.

This dry-farmed, organically grown, old vines bottling is made of the French variety Cinsault and hails from Chile's Itata Valley, which is located within the southern region of Bio Bio. Pedro Parra is a world-renowned terroir specialist and his expert hand is very much present in this wine. This is pure and light on its feet, with a crisp, crystalline sensibility and an amazing concentration of flavor. Expect lots of red currant, raspberry and cracked black peppercorn notes.

This deep purple, super vibrant bottling is comprised of 100% Touriga Nacional and hails from the Portuguese appellation of Alentejano. This shows very impressive polish and finesse, delivering forth lush blueberry and blackberry fruit and exotic eastern spice notes, wrapped around a core of fresh, zesty acidity. This excellent find was fermented using wild yeasts and was aged in French oak for 6 months.
