This certified organic Cava Brut Reserva is comprised of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada and hails from the Spanish appellation of Penedes. Redolent of honeycrisp apples and white blossoms, this is fabulous, super refreshing bubbly teeming with bright, citrusy notes of ruby red grapefruit and meyer lemon. This was made using Methode Champenoise and was aged for 15 months on the lees.
