This very unique, single vineyard rosé is made of the indigenous Greek red grape Xinomavro which was farmed sustainably in the appellation of Amydeon, located in Macedonia, Greece. Pale copper in hue, this was made by a female winemaker and shows racy acidity and vibrant notes of wild strawberry, cranberry, pink grapefruit and meyer lemon curd. Dry, mineral, laser-focused and very elegant.
