This super elegant, certified organic and certified biodynamic bottling is made of 100% Saperavi and hails from the appellation of Kakheti in Georgia. Brought up in clay amphorae called qvevri, this is lacy, delicate and light-bodied in style with gorgeous aromatic notes of rose petal, wild strawberry, red currant and cranberry. Showing a very distinctive smoky mineral note, this is complex and layered and is a truly unique expression of Georgia's most well-known indigenous grape.
