This stunning, chiseled, organically farmed bottling is made of 100% Grüner Sylvaner and hails from the Rheinhessen region of Germany. Grown on calcareous soils in the Zellertal Valley, this was fermented with wild yeasts and features a lacy, crystalline palate teeming with white nectarine, bartlett pear and white flower aromatics, wrapped around a core of vivid acidity. Made by the incredible female winemaker Carolin Spanier, this shows amazing precision, complexity and finesse.
