This lacy, floral, light-bodied Spanish bottling is made of 100% Garnacha grown in the Vinos de Madrid DO which lies just north of La Mancha, about an hour from the city of Madrid. Farmed using organic and biodynamic viticultural practices with very minimal intervention, this was fermented with wild yeasts, sourced from 80 year old vines, and shows delicious raspberry, wild strawberry and candied rose petal aromatics. Stony minerals round out this light yet very complex and refreshing bottling.
