This certified organic, native yeast fermented Sauvignon Blanc hails from the Herault Valley region of the Languedoc in France and was made by a Burgundian winemaker from Meursault. Elegant, round and plush on the palate, this very distinctive expression of Sauvignon Blanc shows fragrant pomelo and pink grapefruit aromatics on the palate with a zesty backbone of bright acidity. This was fermented and aged in stainless steel.
