This cool-climate, single-vineyard, organically farmed Pinot Noir hails from Carneros in California's Sonoma Coast, and shows off the distinctive benefits of being grown only 3 miles from the San Pablo Bay. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in mostly neutral French oak for 8 months, this displays vivid notes of early grey tea, along with juicy strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, and red cherry fruit.
