This chillable, guzzle-worthy Cal-Ital bottling was fermented with indigenous yeasts and farmed organically with no chemical additions whatsoever in California's Mendocino County. A juicy blend of 40% Barbera, 40% Dolcetto, 14% Montepulciano and 6% Sangiovese, this is tangy and vivid with red plum, dried black mission fig and pomegranate flavors. An ode to old school Italian "vino di tavola," this was aged in neutral French oak for 10 months.
