This zero-zero (meaning nothing added and nothing subtracted) Spanish bottling is made of 100% organically farmed Mencia that hails from the region of Bierzo, which is located in the northwestern part of Spain. Earthy, meaty and sanguine, this is textbook Bierzo Mencia that delivers succulent wild blackberry fruit and distinctive notes of dried herbs on a lean, linear palate. This was fermented with wild yeasts and was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
