Caruso e Minini is a very historic producer in Marsala on the Italian island of Sicily that dates back to the early 1900s and is now run by sisters Rosanna and Giovanna Caruso. Their organically grown, certified sustainable Nebacco Nero d’Avola is clean, modern and super fresh, showing intense blueberry, blackberry and boysenberry fruit, exotic star anise and licorice notes, and a zesty, vibrant core of acidity.
