This delicate, ethereal bottling from the northern Italian appellation of Alto Adige is made of 100% old vine Schiava which is known in local dialect as Vernatsch. Full of crisp acidity and fragrant notes of rose petal, cranberry, sour cherry and red currant, this shows excellent fruit purity and deep flavor intensity, despite its light body. This was farmed sustainably on the slopes of Breitbach in the village of Kurtatsch.
