This certified organic and biodynamically farmed French bottling hails from the Vaucluse in the heart of Provence, and is made of an obscure white variety called Piquepoul Blanc. Based in the village of Violes, at the foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail, Domaine De La Damase is now run by the family's 5th generation. This bottling is citrusy, mineral, and lean, with thirst-quenching acidity, bright meyer lemon fruit, lovely salinity, and fragrant white flower aromatics.
