This organically farmed, native yeast fermented Muscadet is made of 100% Melon de Bourgogne grown on gneiss soils in the Sevre et Maine appellation of France's Loire Valley. This is super energetic and alive in the glass, with lemony acidity, sea salt minerality and a very elegant texture. Showing gorgeous concentration on the palate, this is slam-dunk, bright, citrusy, briny Muscadet that was aged on its lees. A perfect wine for shellfish.
