This spicy, eclectic blend of 42% Petit Verdot, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Sangiovese, 8% Petite Sirah, 6% Tempranillo and 4% Touriga Nacional was sourced from organically farmed vineyard plantings in Paso Robles and Santa Barbara County in California's Central Coast. Native yeast fermented, unfined and unfiltered, and aged in neutral barrique for 20 months, this is succulent and supple with great density, lifted acidity, exotic clove and star-anise spice, and zesty blackberry and black currant fruit.
