This super elegant, native yeast fermented Chardonnay was grown organically in the cool coastal region of Arroyo Seco in Monterey County on California's Central Coast. Racy acid and gorgeous aromatic notes of meyer lemon curd, lemon verbena and lemon meringue pie really set this Chardonnay apart. This was aged in a combination of neutral French oak and concrete tank, yielding an ample, textural wine that is not oaky in the slightest.
