This HVE certified sustainable bottling hails from the Anjou-Saumur region of the Loire Valley in France and was made by fourth-generation winemaker Ludovic Thermeau. Comprised of 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this is exuberant and very forward on the nose with a bold personality that continues into the palate. You'll see racy acidity and fragrant notes of white peach, gooseberry and lime zest on this excellent, beautifully concentrated Sauvignon.
