This spicy, juicy bottling from the Vin de Pays d’Oc in France's Languedoc appellation is comprised of 100% organically and biodynamically farmed Cabernet Sauvignon. Fresh, zesty and full of acidic verve, this shows Cabernet's sassy rather than serious side, with its lusty blackberry, black currant and black cherry fruit layered over a lovely mineral foundation. This was fermented with indigenous yeasts and was brought up in a combination of concrete and stainless steel.
