This beautifully aromatic, organically farmed Pinot Grigio hails from the coastal region of Collio in Friuli, Italy, which is located near the Slovenian border. Drawing cooling influences from the nearby Adriatic, this is a very expressive and floral example of Pinot Grigio, which can oftentimes be very neutral, almost lacking character. This expression is anything but that, showing fragrant apricot, white peach and white nectarine notes and lovely mineral undertones.
