This dry-farmed, certified organic, native yeast fermented Chenin Blanc hails from Willow Creek in the Adelaida District AVA of Paso Robles in California's Central Coast. Aged in a combination of neutral oak and concrete, this tiny production bottling (only 180 cases made in total) delivers a graceful, elegant palate teeming with meyer lemon, wildflower honey and white blossom notes.
