This Demeter-certified biodynamic and certified organic Sicilian red is made of 100% Nerello Mascalese, one of the island's most prized indigenous varieties. Fermented with wild yeasts, raised in stainless steel and perfect with a slight chill, this is rustic and juicy with red forest berry fruit and savory notes of wild mushroom, cinnamon spice and forest floor.
