This Demeter-certified biodynamic and certified organic wintertime rosé hails from the central Italian region of Abruzzo and is made of 100% Montepulciano. Deep ruby in hue, this excellent Cerasuolo strikes the perfect balance between fruit and acidity, delivering fresh rose petal aromas and vivid notes of raspberry, cranberry and bing cherry fruit on a zesty, super stylish palate. This was fermented with wild yeasts and was brought up in stainless steel.
