This crisp, fresh, citrusy blend of Treixadura, Palomino Fino, Godello, Torrontes, Albarino and Loureira was farmed organically in the appellation of Val Do Avia in the region of Ribeiro in Galicia on Spain's western coast. Teeming with flinty minerality, crushed sea salt, and bracing notes of Granny Smith apple, lemon and lime, this is an excellent effort from Manuel Formigo who crafts wines that celebrate his region's incredible indigenous varieties.
