This certified biodynamic and certified organic Pet-Nat from Burgenland in Austria features an exotic, floral blend of Gruner Veltliner, Welschriesling and Muscat. Incredibly fragrant and lifted, this delivers bold aromatic notes of jasmine, lychee, pineapple and white nectarine backed by a fine, creamy mousse. Pet-Nat, also called Methode Ancestrale, is made by bottling partially-fermented wine under a crown cap and trapping the natural CO2 that is caused by the fermentation.
