This certified organic bottling hails from the Pfalz region of Germany and was made by Muller-Catoir, an extremely historic winery that dates back to 1774 and is now at the helm of the family's 9th generation. Comprised of 100% Scheurebe, which is a cross between Riesling and Bouquet Blanc, this is super elegant and plush on the palate, with white peach and white nectarine aromatics and petrol notes on the nose.
