This voluptuous, organically farmed bottling is made of the indigenous Greek grape Assyrtiko which was brought from the island of Santorini to the Attic Peninsula in central Greece, just north of the Peloponnese Peninsula. Exuberant and tropical in style, this delicious expression of Assyrtiko shows bright notes of ripe pineapple and lime, with a salty mineral backbone.
