This focused, linear chillable red is made of 100% old-vine, dry-farmed Dolcetto farmed organically on Split Rock Ranch in Mendocino, California. Built around a solid tannic frame, this Dolcetto shows crisp, crunchy blueberry, black currant and concord grape fruit wrapped around a brilliant core of acidity. Palate-whetting and super appetizing stuff that's an homage to one of Piemonte's classic red varieties.
