Gemischter Satz is a traditional Austrian white field blend wherein multiple grape varieties are harvested simultaneously and co-fermented. This organically farmed example from the region of Burgenland features a zesty blend of Weissburgunder, Welschriesling, Gelber Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat. Bright and fresh with aromatic notes of gooseberry, green apple, white pepper and lime, this was aged in a combination of stainless steel, large oak casks and clay amphorae.
