This fresh and super effervescent Petillant Naturel AKA Pet-Nat was farmed biodynamically and organically in Bordeaux, France. Comprised of 90% Semillon and 10% Muscadelle, this fun, sassy wine features vivid notes of chamomile flowers, Rainier cherry, white nectarine and green plum. Pet-Nat, also called Methode Ancestrale, is made by bottling partially-fermented wine under a crown cap and trapping the natural CO2 that is caused by the fermentation.
