This 100% organic and biodynamic Xarel-lo bottling was made by Recaredo, the historic Cava producer who makes critically acclaimed sparkling wines in the Spanish appellation of Penedes. Xarel-lo expresses itself beautifully as a still dry wine as seen in this zesty, vivacious example that delivers gorgeous aromatic notes of lemon verbena, white blossoms, meyer lemon and pomelo fruit.
