This organically grown, certified sustainable skin-contact wine is a blend of 56% Pinot Gris and 44% Gewurztraminer which was macerated on the skins using carbonic fermentation for 15 days. Grown in the region of Orange in Australia, this is bright, fresh and exotic with fragrant notes of cantaloupe melon and lychee. The See Saw Gee Gee is part of the winery's "Incubator Series" of experimental natural wines.
