Stadlmann is a very historic estate located in Traiskirchen in the Thermenregion in Austria that dates back to the 1700s. This elegant, peppery, single vineyard Gruner Veltliner is certified organic and was farmed biodynamically on limestone soils in the Badener Berg, which is one of the most prominent and significant vineyard sites in this appellation. Fermented with wild yeasts in large neutral oak barrels, this is salty and citrus-driven with chalky minerality, lovely concentration, and lemony acidity.
