This juicy, organically farmed blend of 36% Pinot Noir, 36% Cabernet Pfeffer and 28% Riesling was made with dry-farmed, old vine fruit with an average vine age of 72 years, and was sourced from Cienega Valley in San Benito County on California's Central Coast. Showing amazing fruit intensity and excellent concentration, this delivers lots of fresh raspberry, strawberry and hibiscus notes, and was made to be served chilled. Only 270 cases produced in total.
