This organically farmed, skin-contact bottling is made of dry-farmed Riesling grown on the Wirz vineyard, which is located in the heart of San Benito in the Cienega Valley, in California's Central Coast. The Riesling vines for this wine were planted back in 1964, making it north America's oldest Riesling vineyard. Macerated whole cluster on the skins for 10 days, this delivers exuberant apricot, white peach, pineapple and mango aromatics and is utterly delicious.
