This organically farmed, 100% Jacquere bottling was made by the historic Domaine de l'Idylle located in the village of Cruet in the Savoie region of the French Alps. The Tiollier family has farmed this land since 1840, focusing on the area's crisp and mineral-driven indigenous grapes, like this fresh, vibrant Jacquere which shows razor sharp acidity, chalky, salty minerality and gorgeous aromatic notes of white grapefruit, lemon verbena and citrus blossoms.
