This super elegant, golden apple scented prestige cuvee is made of 100% Chardonnay which was farmed organically on 70 year-old vines in the Clos de L’Ermitage - Saint Claude monopole, which is owned by the Thevenet family. Located in the appellation of Saint-Veran in Burgundy, France, this special parcel of vines yields Chardonnay with beautiful density, racy acidity and fragrant notes of bartlett pear and jasmine flowers.
