This super expressive, strawberry and raspberry-scented rosé of Pinot Noir features fruit grown sustainably in the Russian River Valley and the Sonoma Coast. Only 350 cases of this rosé were made in total, using the saignee method by which a portion of a red wine (in this case Pinot Noir) is "bled off" to make rosé while the juice is still macerating on the skins and the hue is a light shade of pink. Gorgeous concentration and mouth-watering pops of acidity make this California rosé irresistible.
